BELD Internet to pause in-home service and new installations during COVID-19 surge

To protect the health of our customers and staff during the recent spike in COVID-19 cases, BELD Internet is temporarily pausing in-home service calls, including new installations, until further notice.

If you already signed up for Internet and are on the schedule, we will complete that work, but new installations are on hold.

Touchless customer service and tech support will continue

If you need tech support, call 781.348.BELD (2353) and we’ll diagnose the problem by phone. If needed, a technician will visit your home and test the signal outside. If you need a new modem, we’ll drop it off on the front step.

Customer Service is available Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After-hours technical support is available 24/7. Contact us at 781.348.BELD (2353) or cservice@beld.com.
